Mrs. Taylor Locke
Mrs. Taylor Locke has been a proud employee of the School District of Lee County since 2009. She graduated from Saint Leo University with her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and from Grand Canyon University with her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. She taught at the elementary level before making to the high school level to teach her favorite subject: math! Mrs. Locke was a Peer Collaborative Teacher and Testing Coordinator prior to her role as Assistant Principal of Curriculum. Mrs. Locke loves to read, travel, serve at her church, and - most of all - spend time and make memories with her husband, Phil, and their three amazing daughters.

Mr. Mike Steele
Mr. Mike Steele has been in teaching, coaching, and Administration for 32 years. He's held a myriad of jobs from ice plant factory worker, to custodian, to textbook delivery, to teacher, to coach, and now Assistant Principal. (Coach) Steele graduated from Bridgewater College with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. He attended National Louis University where he earned a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and also earned his Education Specialist degree in Leadership and Administration. Mr. Steele is certified in Chemistry, Educational Leadership (All Levels), and School Principal (All Levels). This is Mr. Steele's 2nd year as an assistant principal at South Fort Myers High School.

Ms. Allison Demming
Ms. Allison Demming, who was raised in Lee County, is an alumnus of Mariner High School. She has worked in the District for 15 years. She is a proud graduate of the University of Florida where she earned her undergraduate degree. She obtained her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. This is Ms. Demming's 9th year at South Fort Myers High School.

- Assistant Principal of Student Services
- 10th grade administrator
- Oversees the Math department and AVID
Dr. Marti Iovine
Dr. Iovine is honored to be an Assistant Principal at South Fort Myers High School. She has worked in the district for 33 years and is proud of her teaching & administration experiences in all levels K-12 and district leadership. She obtained her Bachelorā€™s degree in English and Exceptional Student Education, graduate degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Nova Southeastern University and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Argosy University. . Dr. Iovine loves working with students and experiencing their enthusiasm for learning! She believes that all students are leaders and have the potential to accomplish incredible things! She strives to create a community of creative thinkers and lifelong learners.

- Oversees the English Department, Foreign Languages, and CTE Programs of SFMHS
- Academies: Leadership, Welding, Masonry, Automotive, Plumbing, Veterinary, and Medical
Mr. Allen Woodard (Athletic Director)
Mr. Allen Woodard is the Athletic Director at South Fort Myers HS. He completed his undergraduate in Sports Management from Temple University in Philadelphia,PA. He has prior experience in the position of Assistant Athletic Director at Gateway Charter High School for 3 years.Additionally, he was the Assistant Athletic Director for 4 years at Cape Coral High School. He has experience in coaching:

- Cross Country
- Boys and Girls Weightlifting
