* The dress code as described in the Student Code of Conduct is applicable to all students regardless of gender or of identity.
In accordance with Florida's House Bill 1105 and Lee County School District policy:
The Lee County School District's policy for the 2025-26 school year requires all K-12 students to keep personal wireless communication devices (WCDs), including cell phones, smartwatches, and earbuds, turned off and secured in their book bags from the first bell to the last. WCDs are permitted when the device is approved to monitor a health condition documented through medical records and indicated as needed in a health plan. In emergencies, students can use their phones in their backpacks, or families can contact the school to reach their children.
It is South's policy that any confiscated electronics will be returned to parents or guardians only. They may be picked up in the front office.
