Student Records (Transcripts)

Student Records is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m.

The Student Records Office works with school staff, parents, former students, government agencies, and several other organizations.

We maintain inactive cumulative records of students who have graduated, transferred, or left the district and are no longer enrolled in a Lee County Public School.

Copies of student records / transcripts may be released upon written request or consent of the student's parent or guardian, or the adult student who is 18 years of age or older.

Important for Schools: If you are a school requesting records for a PreK-12 student, you can fax your request to the Imaging Department at (239) 461-8456.

Student Records / Transcript Request

To request a student records / transcripts for a student, you must either be the legal guardian, parent, or the student if you are over 18 years of age. Complete and sign the Permission for Release, Review or Copy of Information of Student Records form below and email the completed form to [email protected].

Replacement Diploma Request

The replacement diploma order form should be completed, printed, signed, and mailed to the address on the top of the form. We require a copy of the student’s photo ID along with payment. We accept checks or money orders payable to the School District of Lee County in the sum of $35.00.
