Welding News and Events

On Saturday October 6, 2018, the South Fort Myers High School Welding Program held a fundraiser at a local business called "Get Hammered Signs."  The cost was $65 per person with $25 per person going DIRECTLY TO OUR SCHOOL WELDING PROGRAM.

The money raised was used for t-shirts and welding hats for those students who could not afford to purchase these items on their own.  The remainder of funds were used toward materials for projects we have made throughout the school year.

We invited teachers, parents, and friends like you to participate ... and you helped make our fundraiser a huge success.  If you have any questions regarding this and other other Welding Program event, please call the school at 239-561-0060 and ask for Mr. Tim Greenwell.

Gallery - pick out the sign you would like to make – you need the name of the sign for the info part. If you can’t find a sign in the gallery, then you can make a custom sign of your own choosing. Book is now closed for this event, but may still be listed –->  click on the fundraiser for SFMHS

Many schools are having fundraisers at Get Hammered signs and we are very lucky to have this opportunity to have fun and help our students! At the end of the night, you will have a nice DIY sign to display in your home or classroom.  Stop by Mr. Greenwell's classroom and check out all signs made by students and at this Get Hammered Signs event.
