Interested in becoming a member of the National Honor Society?
National Honors Society elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. As an NHS member, you will volunteer in our community, make connections within your community and learn the value and rewards of service outside yourself. Being a member of NHS shows that you are among the best of the best of your class. A leader, a scholar, a member of society who gives back through service, and a role model displaying upstanding character traits. The friends you make, skills you learn, and connections formed will give you advantages in your future job or college choice. See what a difference NHS can make for you.
You will find the application form on this page as well as the teacher recommendation form. Follow the directions on the application precisely. You need to have a minimum of 6 teacher recommendations. You will also see the rubric which will be used to grade your application packet. Successful application does not guarantee admission into NHS. All completed applications will be reviewed using the rubric by a faculty council. If accepted, you'll then be notified and told when the induction ceremony will be held.
Thank you for your consideration,
